Senior Sales Operations

•Develop, optimize, and maintain sales operations processes to support revenue growth and improve efficiency.

•Analyze sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health to provide actionable insights to management.

•Build and enhance sales dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools

•Manage and improve CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflow.

•Coordinate between sales, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams to streamline cross-department processes.

•Design and implement sales automation solutions to reduce manual workload and enhance productivity.

•Ensure compliance with company sales policies, documentation standards, and reporting timelines.

•Train sales teams on CRM usage, reporting tools, and updated workflows.

•Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

•Ability to structure, evaluate, and implement payment plans, including assessing eligibility, calculating installment schedules, coordinating with finance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and cash-flow requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Computer Science, or related field.

•Minimum 3– 5 years experience in sales operations—preferably in real estate development.

•Strong knowledge of CRM systems and automation tools.

•Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting.

•Excellent problem-solving and process-mapping abilities.

•Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
